01. How do you confirm my order ?
Immediately after you place your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

02. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, providing it is within 3 days of the order being placed as items are engraved and personalised for you to your instructions after this time.

03. How will I know when my product is despatched?
When your order has been completed and despatched, we will send you an email to notify you of this fact.

04. Where do I enter my engraving information?
Please include your engraving details on the checkout page in the box provided, if you wish you can send them to info@trophiesmedalsplaques.co.uk or fax to 01474 320979 but please make sure it is clear which engraving goes on which trophy and that your name and reference is on the details. Please double check all spellings and dates.

05. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards and Cheques, you may also send postal orders or cash but please make sure this is disguised in the post, we cannot accept liability for cash that goes astray in the postal system.

06. Is VAT included?
V.A.T. is included in all prices

07. How much engraving can I put on my trophy?
The amount of engraving depends on the product. Each item has a maximum number of lines available. Twenty to twenty-five letters per line and three lines are suggested for most products, this may vary depending on the font chosen, to this end we have included in every description an approximate amount of engraving that will fit on to the respective item. We will advise you if your request exceeds the available space. If in doubt please contact us.

08. Can I be assured that the engraving will be professional?
Yes. Highly trained professionals produce the engraving on state-of-the-art equipment.

09. How long will my order take to process?
Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. As a general rule this is within 5 working days but usually quicker, if you have an urgent order please check with us, we will do everything we can to help, we do not charge extra for an express engraving service although express delivery may incur a higher charge.

10. What are your Postal Charges?
All orders for delivery to a UK address over £99 are sent free of charge, under that a small charge is made, please see the checkout page for details.

11. What if my order is delayed lost or damaged when shipped?
While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us; we will do everything possible to correct the situation.

12. Can I return items for a refund?
We can refund returned items providing they are returned within 14 days at your own cost but engraved items cannot be returned unless the mistake is ours. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge.

13. What if I receive a damaged or an incorrect order?
In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

Yes no problem, we can even engrave your club logo or company crest or corporate logo, Please email for details

17. Do you have a minimum order you have a minimum order value?
No You Can Order As Little or as much as you choose

18. Where are you based, and do you have a showroom/shop we can visit?
We are situated at 135 Singlewell road, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 7QA We have a shop/showroom that you may visit at anytime where we have examples of most of the products we have on the website. Please see our opening times before you visit.
